Why we exist

Get Up Adventures was co-founded by mental health advocate John Boland and psychotherapist Cara Byrne. Between them they've seen — personally and professionally — what fresh air, movement and honest company can do when life gets heavy. So we make it easy: turn up, walk, swim, chat. That's it.
